We will design a sustainable home with you and liaise with the Local Authority for Statutory approvals. We can select a builder for you and tender the work for best price. Once designed, the building of your home can be project managed by arctic.

With a good knowledge of finishes our interior designers will be able to work with you to complete your new home with style.

You may require an extension to your home to create more room for an office, a growing family, for a granny annexe, or to create extra revenue.

An Architect will come to your property to discuss your requirements. Having accepted a fee proposal we will design Planning and Building Regulation drawings, submit these to your Local Authority and liaise with them on your behalf.

Once approvals have been granted arctic will tender the work to selected builders for a best price and oversee the work whilst on site.
