Project Overview
New Church Building for Milnsbridge
A new modern energy efficient building has replaced the high maintenance draughty 1840’s brick chapel. Retaining the existing basement, Milnsbridge Baptist Church took on the exciting project to ensure a relevant space for community use. Despite a tight budget a creative strategy was designed to allow the church to be built in phases. The completion of new church sees phase 1 complete, with hopes of the basement conversion for children’s work will be completed this year. The church is now a vibrant asset to the local community in part due to the new facilities. Other phases include a balcony / first floor and side extension.
